Harbaugh fined by NFL

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was fined $15,000 by the NFL for contact with an official.

The second half was more of the same as both teams tried to move the ball consistently down the field.

The Ravens found that cornerbacks Antonio Cromartie and rookie Kyle Wilson were both overmatched. ( Read More…)

Ravens trade Barnes to Eagles

The Baltimore Ravens have traded linebacker Antwan Barnes to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a conditional draft pick.

The Ravens had a logjam at several positions on their roster, especially at linebacker, and knew they would have to cut some quality players.

Barnes would have certainly made the team, but the Ravens were able to keep a linebacker they would have otherwise cut by trading him away.

He provided the Ravens with a quality pass-rusher off of the edge and had become a much bigger factor over the past year than during his first few NFL seasons. ( Read More…)
